$2,999 Flat Fee Agreeement

AGREEMENT: This agreement is entered into as of the date listed below by and between See It Right Here Executive Search, and _________________________________ (Client) a corporation (or LLC) organized under the laws of _____. See It Right Here has developed a large pool of qualified candidates/individuals with varied professional, technical, and administrative skills.  Our resources, coupled with our customized service, have made us successful in locating and placing individuals for our clients.  See It Right Here agrees to use reasonably diligent efforts to identify, screen, and provide candidates to fill positions as requested by Client.  The Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement. 

FEES: A fee for our services is due if a person, who is referred by See It Right Here, is hired onto the client’s payroll within one year from date of referral.  Service fees will be $2,999 per candidate (manufacturing talent <$25/hour; and all HVAC Installation and Service Technicians) hired.

Flat Fee: $2,999 per placement

GUARANTEE: See It Right Here will provide a thirty (30) day guarantee on any placement in accordance with the following terms. In the event that any candidate whose services are engaged by Client is terminated for one or more of the reasons set forth herein, at any time during the thirty (30) days following the candidates start date of employment, See It Right Here agrees to exercise reasonable efforts to replace the candidate. There will be no additional charge for such a replacement candidate who is hired for the same position and at the same base salary as the original candidate.

This guarantee is valid only if the working relationship was terminated (1) by the candidate voluntarily and without good reason, or by Client for good cause. Termination must not be the result of lack of work available for candidate to perform while employed by Client (e.g., as a result of merger, reduction, lay off, closing etc.). 

BILLING AND PAYMENT TERMS: Fee is due and payable within 30 days of the first day the candidate starts providing services for Client.  Fees unpaid by the due date will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month from the date such fees are due until the date of payment. The Client agrees to remit payment to See It Right Here at its offices in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. All payments are to be net of taxes. Client agrees to pay a sum certain to See It Right Here and that amount is payable regardless of the taxes the Client is required to pay before making payment to See It Right Here.

ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

Acceptance of referred candidates and scheduled interviews indicates approval of the above Fee Policy Provisions with or without signatures on this memo.
